Marianne Faithfull – Broken English

Released in 1979 on the Island Records label. A fantastic cover photo I think. Tracks include the excellent “Ballad of Lucy Jordan”. Cover is VG with minor ringwear and vinyl is reasonable. $95.00 + PP.

Neil Young – After the Gold Rush

Released in 1970 by HMV NZ on the Reprise label. A sombre B&W photo that has been tweaked to give a unusual almost photo negative effect! Cover is good but the vinyl quite rough. $90.00 + PP.

Stray Cats – Gonna Ball

Released in 1981 by Arista Records. Threw myself abit of a curveball when I got this cover but their music is pretty cool. Rockabilly dudes with the hairdo’s and tattoos! Cover is good and vinyl OK. $85 + PP.

Deep Purple – Made in Japan

Released in 1972 and marketed by EMI NZ. From their 1972 concerts in Osaka and Tokyo this double album is in excellent condition as is the vinyl. “Child in Time, Smoke on the Water…….. ” Oh yes! $95.00 + PP.

Elvis Presley – Lets Be Friends

Released in 1970 by RCA. Probably not one of “The Kings” best known albums but then there are so many and I don’t profess to know which are his classics! Anyway I thought that this is a nice picture of him. Cover is VG with very minor scuffing and vinyl is good with some light scratching.  $90.00 + PP.

The Clash – Black Market Clash

Released in 1980 by CBS on the Epic label. Probably one of their lesser known albums but quite a cool picture none the less.The cover is excellent as is the vinyl. $90.00 + PP.

Released in 1976 by RCA.What can I say “the jacket, the belt and the pose”! Enough said.Cover is in VG condition.The vinyl has alot of light scratches but plays fine. $95.00 + PP.

John Lee Hooker – Alone (Volume 1)

Released in 1976 on the ODE label. This is the only cover of “The Hook” I have managed to find so far. Very frustrating because I love this guy! A dark, shadowy cover that has been transformed by the offwhite matboard. Very cool! $110.00 + PP.

Rod Stewart – Atlantic Crossing

Released in 1975 by Warner Brothers Records. I knew this was going to look really good before I even framed it! More classic cover art.Cover is VG and vinyl is OK but seen better. $90.00 + PP.
